Recording Studio
<< Back to Programs  Our digital recording studio is available by special arrangement to interested parties. We also offer a class in digital recording.
The Digital Recording class is a hands on approach to digital recording, including care and hookup of equipment, microphone types and their uses, microphone placement, signal strength and level setting, recording and mixdown. Students record both live and synthesized instruments, including rhythm tracks utilizing live drums (drumsets and hand drums), drum machines and sequencers.  Students from the Songwriting class or taking Composition can continue to develop their work in the Recording Studio class.
