Ferris High School. Winner of Spokane Arts Commission AArts in Education@ award in 1998, GRAMMY Award Signature School designation in 1999, Washington State Christa McAulliff Excellence in Education Award in 1998, Music Educator of the Year for Eastern Washington State in 1989, and inducted into Washington Music Educators AHall of Fame@ in 2002. Choirs under his instruction toured Austria, Germany, France and Great Britain, performing in Coventry and Canterbury Cathedrals, Westminster Abby, Omaha Beach at Normandy, and Notre Dame and have been featured performers with Spokane Symphony. Adjudicates choral festivals and solo and ensemble festivals in the northwestern United States. Chancel Choir Director at Central Lutheran Church in Spokane.

 Nancy Klingman - Voice Bachelor of Music and Master of Arts Degrees in Voice from University of Denver's Lamont School of Music. Performed in Chicago and New York. Performances in Midwest, England, and Italy as Countess in Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro, Donna Anna and Donna Elvira in Mozart's Don Giovanni, Mimi in La Boheme, and Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors. Performed with International Institute of Vocal Arts in Chiari, Italy. Teaching experience: Chicago, Princeton Adult School, Music Institute of Lake Forest, and Lawrenceville School. Director of Music at Westminster Congregational United Church of Christ.
Carlos Monzon - Voice Bachelors degree in Vocal Performance from the Moores School of Music at the University of Houston. Mr. Monzón, is making his Opera Idaho debut as Basilio in Il Barbiere di Siviglia this season. He has most recently performed Dr. Pandolfo in The Maid as Mistress, and Dr. Grenvil in La Traviata, with Spokane Opera as well as doing concerts with Opera Plus! in Coeur d’Alene, and the North Idaho Symphony. He was Resident Artist with Pensacola Opera, for the 2005-2006 season, and Apprentice Artist with Des Moines Metro Opera in 2005. Past roles include Figaro in Le nozze di Figaro, Kaspar in Der Freischutz, Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Colline in La bohème, Lord Sidney in Il Viaggio à Rheims, Mustafa in L’italiana in Algeri, and Don Alfonso in Cosí fan tutte. He will be appearing in Opera Idaho’s production of Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris in February of 2007. Kimberly Monzon - Voice Bachelors degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music, and Masters degree in Vocal Performance from the Moores School of Music at the University of Houston. Ms. Monzon has most recently performed with Spokane Opera as Zerbina in The Maid Mistress, and Annina in La Traviata, as well as doing concerts with Opera Plus! in Coeur d’Alene, and the North Idaho Symphony. She was Resident Artist with Pensacola Opera, FL for the 2005-2006 season, and Apprentice Artist with Des Moines Metro Opera in 2005. Past roles include Lucy in A Room With A View, Tytania in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Ännchen in Der Freischutz, Johanna in Sweeney Todd, Fräulein Silberklang in Der Schauspieldirektor, Frasquita in Carmen, and Erste Frau in Die Zauberflöte.
Susan Windham - Voice Hailed by one Austrian critic "the discovery of the evening..." Susan Windham combines dramatic intensity with beautiful communicative singing. A graduate of Eastern Washington University, Ms. Windham is proud to teach at Holy Names Music Center. Ms. Windham has performed lead roles in regional and local opera productions of Tosca, Merry Widow, Susannah, Amahl and the Night Visitors, Dialogues of the Carmelites; and supporting roles in Hansel and Gretel, La Traviata, Carmen and the Magic Flute. Her orchestral performances include Verdi's Requiem, Mozart's Requiem, Bach's Christmas Oratorio, , Mahler's Second Symphony, and Beethoven's Ninth Symphony. She has performed locally with Zephyr, Connoisseur Concerts, the Westminster Chamber Orchestra and the Spokane Symphony Orchestra.
Ms. Windham had attended the University of Northern Iowa where she worked towards a master's degree in voice. Her teachers have included Dr. Marietta Coyle, Carol Webber, Caryl Becker, and Elizabeth Colson. She has attended various vocal institutes and has recently studied with Dr. Doreen Rao, receiving her first year CME Certificate. Ms. Windham has taught voice at Whitworth College, is currently an adjunct professor of voice at Eastern Washington University and has been for many years the accompanist and conductor for the Spokane Area Children's Chorus. She was a founding member of OOPS(Oatmeal Opera Players of Spokane), an opera education program that has delighted thousands of school children as well as adult audiences.Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Washington University. Further studies at American Institute of Music Studies in Austria and Northern Iowa University. Featured soloist with Connoisseur Concerts, Spokane Opera, Spokane Symphony, Zephyr, and Westminster UCC. Lead role performances in regional and local opera productions of Tosca, Merry Widow, Susannah, Amahl and the Night Visitors, Dialogues of the Carmelites.
