Attendance and commitment
Commitment to Musical Instruction: All students are required to commit to a full lesson period and to pay for that instruction using one of the Music Center's payment plan options. Regularity of study is absolutely essential. The faculty commits to a full lesson period on behalf of each student. Scheduling of Lessons: Lesson schedules are set up with the individual teacher. Any changes in these schedules must be made directly with the teacher. If registering for less than a full year or 36 weekly lessons, the Variable Lesson Agreement must be completed in conjunction with the teacher. Absence: There will be no refund of tuition for student absence. All lessons must be paid for whether taken or missed. If the teacher is absent, a make up lesson will be arranged. Make up lessons for extenuating circumstances on the part of the student may be offered as a courtesy by the teacher, provided sufficient notice is given to the teacher at the time of the cancellation. Discontinuation: If the student withdraws from private lessons before the end of the instruction year, two full weeks of notification must be given to the teacher and the Music Center. Less than two weeks notification will result in being charged for up to two lessons. >>Registration |
