The Saturday Conservatory has moved to weeknights. In an effort to make the conservatory classes more accessible to our students, we will now be offering two levels of a theory/history/listening class on weeknights. The classes will be taught by our faculty on specific evenings with student tutors from Whitworth College available on the other nights. This is a win-win situation for all and the best part is that the private lesson tuition at HNMC will cover the cost of the conservatory class! So, be sure to attend. As always, these classes are also available to those not studying privately with an HNMC faculty member. See you there.
The same class will be presented four times throughout the week on Monday-Thursday from 6:30-7:30p.m. Students are welcome to choose the day of the week that works best for them. It is preferred that students commit to a single weeknight.
Classes will consist of theory, history, ear training and musicianship building (rhythm work for some, etc.).
Fee:
HNMC students: The Conservatory fee is covered by the lab fee, which is paid by all HNMC students upon enrolling for lessons.
Non-HNMC students: $570.00 per year
